```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the front desk
- Register patients, collect necessary information, and verify insurance coverage
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Assist with medical records management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Process payments and insurance claims, also handle billing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience working as a front desk agent or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical and dental terminology and familiarity with medical/dental office procedures is required
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Curve or similar software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, visitors, and staff members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Basic computer skills including data entry and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
